THE IDEA

Critical Reading, in a few words.

Critical Reading is the browser-extension and text-analysis companion to Critical Mind. Its interactive demo runs the existing contextual analyzer locally and shows why a passage may deserve a closer look.

For readers, educators and media-literacy research partners.

WHERE IT STANDS

Interactive analyzer demo

The text-analysis demo works in a browser without installing the extension. The Chrome extension is also available as a developer-mode ZIP; it is not a Chrome Web Store release.

Highlights are prompts to inspect or verify text, not truth verdicts. Heuristic analysis can make mistakes.
